this and that

I’m baaaaaack with another round of this and that! I’m so sorry that it’s been a minute, but I’m sure your holiday season was just as busy! Where does the time go?!? Every year it goes faster and faster and I’m not loving it. Though I am loving a few things that I can’t wait to tell you about! Here we go with 2019’s first this and that!

Let’s start off with what’s new around here! Actually, not much. Benny doesn’t go back to school until Monday and we are all craving some routine around here. I’ve got a laundry list of things to do and he’s ready to get back to learning. Clearly not my child, ha! One of the very best qualities he got from Jamie (my husband) is his love for learning. My love for learning goes as far as wanting to know the gossip on the current hot celebs. I kid. I kid. Really!

One thing I have been looooooving lately is my Yeti Mug that my parents (I actually think it was addressed from Santa?) gave me for Christmas. It is the bomb diggity. Seriously! I am one of those that needs to drink my coffee or tea piping hot and not one degree less. This mug has been exactly what I needed! I also brought it to church this past weekend, forgot it in the car, and it was STILL hot when I came out after. All the praise hands!! Thanks, Santa!

The second thing I’ve been loving lately is the book Make Something Good Today by Erin & Ben Napier. It is fun and lighthearted, it’s got beautiful photos intertwined with wonderful words. You can read a little here and a little there. Keep it on your bedside table or your coffee table or in your car. Wherever! It would also be a great book for a hostess, a friend, a family member, or even someone you may not know too well. It’s definitely a good one!

That’s all for today! I hope y’all have an incredible weekend with the ones you love. Cross your fingers with me that I can get my act together and try to get these posted on a weekly basis again…here’s to hoping! Happy weekend, friends!
